The Grove Residence vision was to create a unique place in Hua Hin amongst the myriad of housing projects and condominium projects to choose from. Firstly the location is unique in itself with it being only 14kms from Hua Hin center and just 4 kilometers from the internationally renowned BLACK MOUNTAIN GOLF COURSE.

This location plays an important role in the theme of the residence with each villa coming with its own golf buggy access, the goal being to keep out car traffic from the site.

With its open landscaping, Thailand inspired vegetation and Balinese/Thai style house designs it is surely set to be a unique residence within a unique city, Hua Hin Thailand.

Each house plot is very generous with the smallest plots being 1200m2 and the largest over 1600m2. This was also a conscious decision during its conception with the owners of the project fully aware that to create a true Grove feel, large plots were necessary. Also, contrary to traditional Thai building culture, the decision was made to do away with inner walls to the site and rather concentrate on creating plot lines and landscaping divisions through the use of local plants, trees and shrubs. The house design was commissioned to Mr. Alan Whitley from Whitley & Associates who at the time of commissioning was building his own creation on the flowing estates of Palm Hills, here in Hua Hin. With his unique insight into Asian architecture and his invaluable years of experience, he has managed to create a beautiful villa keeping the true essence of Asia intact whilst also having a sense of its own character.

This is obvious with the subtle yet intricate lines of the house being incorporated with lotus ponds, wood finishing’s and open design.
